The Advisor Process
We briefly discuss your needs and the benefits MJD Business Advice can provide. This is a free, short information gathering introduction. This can be done in a face-to-face meeting or over the telephone.
Assessment
- If you decide to contract with MJD Business Advice we will start a formal process to identify current challenges and opportunities. We want to begin our partnership with a clear understanding of you and your organization.
Strategize
- We will assist you and your team to develop a course of action, timetables, accountability, and performance metrics to start or grow your business. There will be notes and when necessary, a follow-up session will be scheduled.
Take Action
- All participants involved will probably be assigned specific actions to achieve specific results. This is when that all too common business saying, “Plan your work and work your plan.” comes into play.
Report Out
- We will meet to discuss what has happened since the last session, especially the positive results, and continue to strategize, act, and follow-up until all your needs are met.
