MJD Business Advice LLC is owned by Mike Daley, an award winning, small business expert, who has over 38 years of helping entrepreneurs start, grow, buy and sell businesses. The focus of MJD Business Advice LLC is on business consulting with people who want to start a business or existing companies who have 100 employees or less.
During his 32 years of senior executive experience in marketing, sales and operations management at Ford Motor Company, Mike was consulting and providing one-on-one solutions with the franchised dealer distribution network in the areas of business strategy, operations, finance, sales, marketing, and customer loyalty.
Most recently he has taken that experience and worked with potential start-up and existing entrepreneurs across a variety of industries to focus their business plan on achieving specific goals within aggressive timetables. The constant focus is to maximize their ROI. Results include clients who have grown profits, obtained financing, increased sales, developed business plans, reduced costs, and improved customer loyalty.
Besides his years of practical business experience, Mike’s extensive education, which includes an economics degree from Georgetown University and a MBA from Babson College, as well as attending hundreds of various business seminars, provides the foundation for his sound business judgment and expertise in the establishment and growth of entrepreneurial businesses.
You will be working personally with the owner of MJD Business Advice LLC. In addition, there is a wide ranging network of professionals who have specific expertise in a variety of business disciplines that can be engaged to support clients.
Mike has been recognized by the North Texas SBDC as a member of the Million Dollar Loan Club for having successfully helped entrepreneurs secure financing for their business ventures.
